Rumour has it that Joan Ma’am is planning on leaving anytime for reasons known only to her. It seems like a believable rumour because she seems to be taking a few steps to ease her way out of XIE, such as by taking lesser lectures this year.

I’m not entirely sure when she is leaving, but it sucks to know when such a respectable and open-minded professor leaves your college.

When she leaves, she will relinquish her post of Head of Department (Computer Engineering) to Suruchi Ma’am.

Well, being a computer engineering student this change will totally suck for me considering that she has (almost always) caught me bunking lectures and using the staff elevator

I’ll post more once I acquire additional information.
