My New Signboard (MNS)

I’ve posted this pic as an addition to Robin’s post.

Although it’s pretty obvious that the new signboard was erected to please the MNS, I fail to understand why XIE chose to add the sign-board in the first place. The MNS has clearly mentioned that educational institutions are exempted from their "Marathi Signboards" demand.

Puzzling as it might be, I hope you enjoy XIE’s My New Signboard Mazha Naveen Signboard !!
